Pounding out Domestic Violence 8k

Two of my rockstars I am training wanted to go the distance for a great cause. So, we did.

There is just something about giving back that feels so good. It was freezing at the start but like always, we warmed up. The girls did amazing ...3 in 34, 4 in 48, and finished out at 1:01!! There were definitely some tough moments but they pushed through....with a little bit of JJ yelling at them a little more than usual.

So proud of you Stacia and Val!!
