In light of this being the weekend, let’s kick it off right with my favorite pizza and salad creation.
Ingredients are as follows: Pizza Mia-Namaste gluten free pizza mix (brown rice flour) topped with sundried tomato pesto, mozzarella, red onion, black olives , fire roasted sundried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted garlic, sweet red peppers, fresh basil leaves and barrel aged feta
Kale salad- organic kale, sweet red peppers, barrel aged feta, red onion, kalamatta olives, shredded purple cabbage, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, walnuts and Annie’s Woodstock dressing. (salad toppings vary from time to time depending on whats stocked)
All washed down with my favorite drink of all time, Kombucha. This stuff is divine and has so many healing properties. And bonus -you feel like you’re getting tipsy but you’re totally not. Unless you count the buzz from all those millions of probiotics.
So, there you have it. Try it out and see what you think- but don’t go stealing my creative titles for my entrees. My people will find your people and I cant promise it wont get ugly-uglier than wilted spinach on a wet alfredo noodle.
