So good morning Wild Oaters! If you read yesterday, then you know that several of my friends and I just embarked on the AdvoCare cleanse. Yesterday, I recorded a day in food to show you just how awesome I am-I mean how awesome the program is.

Remember that roast beef no one liked? Well this was the best salad ever. Simmered for nine hours roast beef on top of fresh spinach

So there you have it! I also had the fiber drink in the morning and about 20 grapes. Why do I always have to be so specific with you?
